Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aqualights.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time, orders usually are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped  on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses  Aqualights ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes Aqualights is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Aqualights is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Statement

All returns require a "Return Authorization" which must be requested online.

All returns are subject to approval by Aqua Lights and all returns must be inspected by Aqua Lights prior to any refunds or credits being issued.

Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Thru Hull Housings

All bronze housings may be returned within 30 days after delivery as long as they are in new condition and have not been installed. If they have previously been installed then the housings will be subject to a 25% refurbishing and restocking charge. Once Aqua Lights has received the returned lights it will issue refund or credit after they have been inspected and it is determined they are undamaged.

Returns on bronze housings will not accepted after 30 days if they have been installed. New uninstalled bronze housings returned between 31 and 90 days can only be returned for store credit and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Returns are not accepted after 90 days.

Aluminum housings can only be returned for credit within 30 days of delivery and must not have been installed. Aluminum housings will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Stainless Steel housings can not be returned.

Surface Mount Lights

All surface mount LED lights, including drain plug lights may be returned within 30 days of delivery for credit only as long as they are in new condition and have not been installed. Credits will be issued subject to inspection by Aqua Lights to insure lights are in new and unused condition. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Aqua Lights.

Dock Lights

All dock lights are made to order and return policy is in accordence to our custom order policy. These lights may only be returned or  order canceled at the discrection of Aqua Lights and only for credit and only as long as they are in new condition and have not been installed. Credits will be issued subject to inspection by Aqua Lights to insure lights are in new and unused condition. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Aqua Lights.

Return Authorization form is required and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pond/Fountain Lights

All pond & fountain lights are made to order and return policy is in accordence to our custom order policy. These lights may only be returned or  order canceled at the discrection of Aqua Lights and only for credit and only as long as they are in new condition and have not been installed. Credits will be issued subject to inspection by Aqua Lights to insure lights are in new and unused condition. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Aqua Lights.

Return Authorization form is required and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

LED Cartridges

Within 30 days of delivery, LED cartridges may be exchanged for a different color or returned for credit. Exchanges and credits are subject to inspection, testing and to approval by Aqua Lights.

Return of LED cartridges after 30 days is at the discretion of Aqua Lights.

Light Bulbs

Light bulbs, including Halogen, Metal Halide, and Xenon bulbs cannot be returned. If bulb is broken when received it will be replaced by Aqua Lights.

In the case of a broken light bulb, "Do Not discard broken bulb or packaging"! Do the following:
 

  1. Take a picture of the broken bulb and packing that best shows damage to packaging. (This is for UPS insurance claim)

  2. Fill out an online Return Authorization form. (You will not be required to return bulb)

  3. Keep broken bulb and packing until you are instructed by Aqua Lights to discard.

  4. Make broken bulb available for UPS inspection. (In most cases they won't inspect but they must be given the option)

Electronic Ballasts

Within 30 days of delivery, electronic ballasts may be returned for credit only. Credits are subject to inspection, testing and approval by Aqua Lights.

Return of electronic ballasts after 30 days is at the discretion of Aqua Lights.
